Cozy and fully furnished 2.5 room flat close to Uppsala city centre available from 1st of June with a 1 year contract, with the possibility to extend. Looking for single occupancy or a couple who are studying or working. Send a message if you are seriously interested and write a bit about yourself. Animals can be accepted. Smoking not accepted. I'm renting out my lovely flat due to work abroad. The development is very friendly with a close community feeling to it. Nearby you will find many sports facilities (gyms, swimming pool, bowling, badminton), grocery stores, nature paths perfect for walks or runs and great bike lanes or bus service to all parts of Uppsala. The city centre is a 10-minute walk away, Uppsala University (Ångströmslaboratoriet) a 20-min bike ride and the University Hospital Akademiska is easily reached by bus. The location is perfect for working/ studying in the centre with the close commute but will give you the peace and quiet when coming home. Inside you will find a welcoming kitchen with a fridge/ freezer combo, large dishwasher, stove/ oven, kettle and microwave. In addition, there are lots of storage space and natural lighting from the windows towards the street. The hallway connects all rooms and has a small store-room with shelves. The bathroom is recently renovated and has a waterfall shower, toilet, sink and lots of storage. In the bedroom there is a large closet along the wall with excellent storage. The bed is 140 cm and the sage-green walls gives a calm atmosphere. The living room is split into an office/ storage space and the actual living room with a large comfortable couch, 50" smart-TV and large windows to the balcony. NOTE: The balconies are currently being refurbished and will be done in time for summer. All utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, heating, Fibre broadband). The flat is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement you will have access to laundry and a smaller storage space. Parking is available on the street.
